Stephen started playing piano at the age of 6. But Baseball and DRUMS were really his interest. But his Mom won out and bought a spinet piano instead of a drum kit. His favorite record back then was Jerry Lee Lewis’ “Great Ball’s of Fire” which he could play every note.  He’s happy his Mom won!

His debut album, "VERTIGO", debuted at #3 on the World New Age Top 100 Chart and was picked as one the Top 10 albums of the year by prominent New Age reviewers.  His follow up album, entitled "Follow The Mist", was a 1st round GRAMMY ballot choice for BEST NEW AGE ALBUM of the year in 2009 and in the same year FTM won the BEST INSTRUMENTAL ALBUM for piano in the Lifestyle Music Awards. He has been awarded numerous Telly awards, International Film & TV Festival & RIM awards.

Stephen’s roots include seeing the Beatle’s perform on Ed Sullivan TV Show as a child.  By the age of 15, ROCK & JAZZ music became his passion.  He  frequented  local Norfolk, VA jazz clubs where his piano hero, Joe Jones, had a  jazz trio.

Stephen has paid his dues playing guitar and keyboards in popular cover bands in the Virginia Beach, VA resorts and other east-coast U.S. clubs. He’s produced over 2000 tracks for his original music libraries, composed national TV jingles, worked with some of the best music library’s in the  world.  His music has been used in productions for CSI Miami, MTV, Reba, 20/20,  Access Hollywood, 7th Heaven, Most Wanted, 700 Club,  Everybody Loves Raymond, 48 Hours, What Not To Wear,  Survivor, The Gilmore Girls and many others. Stephen's music has been heard throughout the world.
